## Marshalls Official Reviews in United States

### **--- "Mehh"
Ofrecen shipping gratis en tu primera compra y es mentira tienes que comprar arriba de 89.00 y te dan un codigo que no funciona
-- Rosiibeitia, 2024-12-16

### *---- "Horrible App Performance"
Please just do something about the performance. I can’t even complete a single transaction at one try.
-- Nushik84, 2024-11-13

### *---- "Not good"
I don’t know how they decide what items get on the app, but the app is always lacking. Anytime I go in store there’s sooo many items but the app has hardly any. It’s a huge bummer because Marshall’s isn’t that close to me and if the app was better “loaded” I’d be on there 24/7.
-- coppertop.1508, 2024-11-02

### *---- "Cancel account"
Cancel
-- Jacylyni, 2024-09-30

### *---- "Nothing burger"
Signed up hoping to track purchases made in store and maybe earn rewards for coupons but they just want you to sign up for their credit card. Not useful
-- DangitDev, 2024-08-19

### *---- "So frustrating"
I got card for my birthday. And I was very thankful but this app made me so upset I wanted to rip the card up. It’s the slowest app I have ever used. I got a code for free shipping and it wouldn’t even let me use it. I had to make three different accounts. And I still haven’t bought anything. It’s so frustrating. At this point just go to the store. I have never hated an app more. This is ridiculous.
-- IDK12345678919, 2024-07-15

### **--- "It doesn’t seem like developer tested a simple purchase."
Card is linked but doesn’t come up as payment option. Still had to manually key in card number exp date and security code. Can’t copy reward numbers to paste in at checkout and can’t toggle between screens without having to start over. The certificate numbers are way too long to memorize and I shouldn’t have to manually key in the numbers in the app with the account linked anyway. It’s also weird that I can scroll to the bottom of my cart page to get to checkout button but it’s also an overlay screen without scrolling- it’s redundant and neither way bypasses having to manually enter everything that’s already linked. Really defeats the purpose of linking the account. I even had to manually enter my address even though it’s already linked.
-- Nicknames aren’t taken, 2024-07-03

### *---- "Terrible"
I can not log in or reset password and make this app work correctly and they e lost my history. No help on line no help in phone - useless
-- KDFitt0325, 2024-04-23

### *---- "Back arrow disappears"
When browsing, the back arrow disappears frequently and you have to start over. Very frustrating. When will this be fixed?
-- UnsatCust24, 2024-03-31

### ***** "Hi"
It would be good if the application was also in Spanish
-- Karlitalucre, 2024-02-11
