I have been left with a theft to my own car on my insurance when someone vandalised my car have had 0 support from marshmallow would stay clear of them they were based in Gibraltar so uk ombudsman can’t deal with them they are corrupt be careful

Live chat made me mad
The only way to contact Their customer serviceis through live chat. But I contacted for several times and every time I waited for whole days. I even set my phone does not shut the screen automatically. But never successfully chatted with a human agent. Sometimes in the middle of the night, I received a reply said they are so sorry and will reach you as soon as they can. They they never read my previous messages. NEVER! This is the first time I am so mad about a company’s customer service. I totally don’t understand why they can rated 4.8 score. And won awards?!
Avoid them
They don’t have a contact number. Their whole system run on automated chats and no way you can get anything done on their chats. Don’t let their cheaper quotes fool you it’s not worth it.
Poor customer support
Waiting for last 2 hrs and still not connected with an agent to resolve my query
Don’t put card details they will not remove easily once you enter
I request to delete card details twice and said don’t wanna auto renew policy still then after they try to take payment from the card.
Never ever use this company
My car was broken into 4 weeks ago I still have not been given a time when any repairs will be done on the car, which is not driveable. We are a family of 6 without a car and it is impossible to speak to a human being with regards to our claim. I have been dealing with live chat only and the service is one message a day saying that they are looking into it. The service is shocking and I wish I had never signed up with them. Also all the terms and conditions are much more onerous in the same print including not being able to have a courtesy car until they have found someone to do the repair, if no one does the repair no courtesy car and you are stuck in catch 22. Do not get into this terrible situation like my family is. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY IT IS HELL.
Terrible customer service and ludicrous cancellation charges
They charge you £125 if you cancel the policy because you sold your car.
The most frustrating part is the terrible customer service. Live chat is not enough, response times are unprecedented.
