The rest are probably ordering their groceries online. It’s almost like the app is designed to keep you from finding the digital coupons and clicking on them. Same with the regular coupons. The weekly flyer is fairly easy to find. I would like to see on the menu a section for only coupons – – and, for Pete’s sake, INCLUDE the digital coupons in that section. Have a section only for those ordering groceries. So often I end up clicking on something and it takes me over to ORDER the item I am trying to view or I am trying to select the coupon for. I don’t know if you guys use a focus group before you design something like this, but it would certainly time and would benefit your customers. Staff tells me it may take 24 hours to recognize. Please fix this so that everything gets discounted with my bonus card. Get rid of digital coupons. At the register, when the yams sticker from the weight machine didn’t scan I went to find yams in the directory. NO yams appeared on the screen after typing “yams” What’s wrong with this mess?!
