التواصل عبر الشات سيء جدا كل ما تسالهم عن شيء بقولك شوف التطبيق ما بفيدوك بشيء لا اذا المنتج متوفر ولا اذا راح يتوفر قريبا ولا متى راح يتم التوصيل كله ع الفاضي كثير بسالهم اشياء ولا مرة فادوني ثانيا الاسعار عندهم مبالغ فيها والمشكلة لمن تشتري غرض ب250 شيكل مثلا وثاني يوم ينزل عرض ب150 شيكل هيك بتحس حالك مغلوب كثير وخسران كانه نصبوا عليك! ثالثا بتاخروا بالتوصيل اسبوعين كاملين رابعا بدفعوك 20 شيكل ولمن توصل السيارة بكون محمل فيها 200 كرتونة يعني بطلع حق البنزين الشهري وحق راتب الموضف الشهري بيومين توصيل والباقي بحطو فوق الربح بس للامانة عشان الواحد يحكي ضميره الطرد لمن بوصل بكون مطابق للمواصفات والكرتونة مرتبة ومحكمة الاغلاق والمنتج لا عيب فيه والشوفير محترم بالتعامل
