## Marvellous Babysitting Description
At Marvellous, we believe your children deserve access to the best childcare in a way that is easy, flexible and reliable.
Whether you have a long overdue dinner date, a last minute meeting or you just need some downtime, our highly trained Norland Nannies are here to help.

We have partnered with the esteemed Norland College, to exclusively provide access to Norland Nannies, who not only undergo extensive early-years training, but also continue to commit to Norland’s gold standard of child care.

Norland Nannies don’t just monitor your children for safety but can cater to any child care needs including preparing nutritious meals, helping with homework, taking care of bath and bedtime, and even providing parents with expert advice in areas like sleep training and weaning.

Parents can simply sign up, create a profile, and book flexible world-class childcare as and when they need it.

Once your profile is complete, you can post a booking request with the date and time you need a nanny. Available Norland Nannies in your area will be notified and will apply, allowing you to select your preferred nanny for the booking.

Need a nanny urgently? No problem! We offer Express Booking at no extra expense. With Express Booking, you are automatically assigned the first available nanny for your booking, getting you a trusted professional nanny for your sit as quickly as possible!

Throughout the booking, you are able to message your nanny and even request extensions in-app if necessary.

Payment is taken care of conveniently, in-app, at the predetermined all-inclusive fixed hourly rate, with no hidden extra fees. No more last minute dash to the ATM!

So you can relax, knowing that your most precious little-ones are in marvellous hands.

## Marvellous Babysitting Reviews in United Kingdom

### *---- "Rubbish"
Downloaded this, signed up, message said that I would hear back by two weeks but it’s been over 4 months and haven’t heard anything. Emailed to enquire but again nothing.
Pointless app.
-- PraAm09, 2026-09-22

### **--- "Good idea, can be improved"
App is a good idea especially if you are in a desperate need for a sitter or a nanny and do want to know they are good hands. Having said that,
Areas for improvement:
-There is a flat fee of £30 for all Norlanders no matter the experience whether thats 2 years experience or 20 (except students due to graduate). -
-There are no penalties if a nanny cancels on you 2 hours before a booking but you pay a full price of your booking if you cancel 12 hours before.
-If you make a request 51 hours before your preferred time then you get no choice in a nanny and it gets allocated to you which is not ideal.

### ***** "James"
Absolutely fantastic to be able to book a Norland Nanny so easily. We’ve been using the app for a couple of years now and every nanny we’ve booked has been fantastic! If only we could keep them full time 😎.
-- crijim, 2026-03-24

### ***** "Wonderful App and brilliant service"
The app is clear, easy to use and make bookings. It really reassuring that Marvellous is partnered with Norland College, as all nannies are highly trained and vetted. In addition to the brilliant nanny service, there's a host of useful content when looking for recipie ideas, games to play or general advice. Great comms with founder Ella, who is super responsive and on hand if you have any questions.
-- LewesMum, 2024-08-05

### ***** "Great app"
Love this app, helps me find I can trust at short notice
-- Zeebigboss, 2024-07-29

### **--- "App super glitchy"
The app is really glitchy, couldn’t sign up, error message at photo upload, had to reinstall a few times to get it to work. It loads very slowly and it feels like the app hasn’t been updated recently, it’s a great idea but really need to improve the tech. Annual fees are high but I guess that’s also the barrier to keep it more exclusive.
-- Jules042, 2024-07-25

### ***** "Fantastic"
Fantastic app and only one I will trust now in London! Consistently good Nannie’s, extremely supportive app owner Ella, 10/10 would recommend.
-- sbos123, 2024-07-11

### ***** "Norland nanny review"
I love this app! Only wish I could simultaneously use it as both a Norland nanny and as a now new parent!
-- Ktrose147147, 2024-03-02

### ***** "Fantastic App"
This app works brilliantly! I’m a Norland Nanny and it’s very easy for me to use and laid out clearly with the families and the jobs to choose from. I’d definitely recommend this to Norlanders to use and for family to sign up.
-- LizzieWatts22, 2023-12-21

### ***** "Review by a Norlander"
I’m absolutely loving this brilliant app. I’ve met so many really wonderful families. It’s a great concept where I can pick and choose jobs that work for me, around my own family. I’m loving the variety of ages I’m working with and bringing all of my years of childcare experience as well as motherhood experience together. Ella (founder) definitely has the best interest of both the Nannie’s and families at heart and has great ideas in the pipeline to make this app even more marvellous in the future.
