I’m a consultant and I continue to have problems getting the app to work. It doesn’t seem to save the data when I use it and has so much trouble taking the photos.

It took me time at the beginning to learn how to use it. Even though I follow all the structures, I could not make it work. So I called customer service and a really nice lady explained to me that I have to have my eyes look direct to him the lens camera in order to work. So I follow her instructions and now it works perfectly. Just make sure you’re looking direct to the camera lens, and not looking down or sideways👀😁

Couldn’t get past first steps after face alignment keep saying whoops x12 tries

Works well. Sometimes hard to get picture of face.

I’m a science teacher and love this app! I can take as many shots as I want to compare what happens after using different products.

I have tried to use it but can’t get it to take photo

This App is A Game Changer!!!! It does individual prescriptions for My Clients! Everyone that I Facial does one! It gives on the spot recommendations!! I’m in Love! It also makes it Easier for my clients to shop on the spot! How convenient!

I have on numerous occasions had difficulty with proper alignment, lighting to take a clients photo. It makes me feel unprofessional and frustrates the client as well I have an iphone 12 pro with great lighting, so I am unsure of the issue.
