## MASA Global Reviews in United States

### *---- "cant sign up."
The only way to sign up is to put in your birthdate. The only way to put in your birthdate is to pull up a calendar and then you have to go backward month by month until you reach your birthdate. I tried that and I lost it twice and I had to start all over. For me that was 75 years ago so I finally gave up
-- blandico, 2025-04-03

### *---- "Unable to sign in"
App will not allow me to sign in. It always gives the message that email or password is incorrect, even though I’m 100% sure it was typed correctly.
-- EXTREMELY DISAPOINTED!!! :-(, 2025-02-26

### *---- "Masa Global App Doesn’t Work Very Good"
Can’t log in with password
Need a verification code to reset password
Request for verification code does not work
Still no verification code
-- IMS Studios, 2024-07-22

### *---- "Impossible to Login"
I’m one of 2 names on an account and I can’t create an account. Plus it takes forever to put in your DOB. Until they rectify this problem, I’m out!
-- FMH#1, 2024-05-21

### *---- "Biometrics Issues"
I’ve contacted this company several times regarding the app’s biometrics functionality. Plainly put, they don’t respond or rectify the issue.

The biometrics fail after about two hours into a login via password. Thus, one is unable to login via biometrics and is forced to enter a password-AGAIN.

This is a bug that begs to be addressed.
