Extremely slow and after 1 day use this app can't reopen. I closed the app fully many times then when I reopen then it hangs on the splash screen and a loading icon keeps showing in the bottom for many minutes. I tried with mobile internet and WiFi too. Such a shame for lazy developers.

This app takes you back to 2005! I hated the trading experience because of how much this app keeps lagging and shutting down by itself. Need to be more reliable and more user-friendly. For starters why is there no face ID feature!

I am surprised to see a market leading bank with innovative technological breakthrough in the banking sector having one of the worst app for securities trading. It’s so primitive in nature and with lots of glitches. If this app is the only gateway to trade on the stock market, then I’m sorry I made a mistake by opening this trading account. I would rather use another established stock brokerage company. 

Note to MashreqSecurities. 
Update and evolve your software otherwise you will lose all your trading accounts members.
