The app is okay, but I have never seen a bank that values humans so little like this one. I can’t speak with an actual human being! It has been two days that I’ve been trying to contact this bank’s customer care, but either I’m directed to a chatbot, a website, or asked to provide a “4-digit new telephone identification number” — something I don’t know or have. Why should it be this difficult to contact your bank? This policy is just frustrating. You’re only making your customers more upset.

For two days, I haven’t been able to speak with a real person. I even went to the ATM to speak with a teller, but they couldn’t provide any help or connect me to customer service. This is insane. Remove that bot voice and let us speak to an actual human being!
