## MASN Description
MASN is the official regional sports network for the Baltimore Orioles, delivering live games, original programming, and on-demand content to fans across the Mid-Atlantic region. The network is available across a seven-state territory—from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to Charlotte, North Carolina—on multiple cable and fiber-optic providers, and is also televised nationally via satellite provider Direct TV.

Since launching a full-time 24/7 schedule in July 2006, MASN has televised hundreds of professional and NCAA Division I collegiate events each year.

MASN’s Emmy Award–winning Orioles coverage provides extensive access to fans throughout the region. The network has consistently enhanced the viewing experience through advanced in-game production features, including super slow-motion cameras and pitch-tracking technology.

With a 24/7 live channel, intuitive navigation, and secure TV-provider authentication, the MASN app keeps you connected to Orioles baseball and regional sports programming anytime, anywhere.

MASN believes every fan in the region should be able to watch Orioles baseball. To support this, the network offers fair and reasonable carriage terms to cable and satellite distributors throughout its television territory.

MASN is currently available on providers including Armstrong, Bay Country, Breezeline, Comcast Xfinity, Cox, Direct TV, Easton Velocity, Lumos TV, Mediacom, Scout, and Verizon Fios.

## MASN Reviews in United States

### *---- "ZERO STARS"
This is beyond comprehension how bad this app is. The ROKU app is even worse if that’s possible. How anyone at MASN thinks this is ok is beyond me
-- ASINOW, 2025-09-01

### *---- "HORRIBLE!!!"
This is the worst App in the history of Apps. It makes you sign in unexpectedly after watching it for weeks. You have to push 7 or 8 times to go through endless menus just to choose between MASN 1 or 2 to figure out which one has the game you were searching for. When you FINALLY get there you are forced to watch the same 2 commercials that block part of the game until they finish. The latest laugher is that the commercials either freeze or pixelate which I’m sure would please the sponsors who wasted their money to broadcast a jumbled mess. No mind because I always mute them and look away until they are done. Embarrassing!
-- Doubleneck412, 2025-08-30

### **--- "Early 2000’s features"
What year is it? The app only allows you to watch MASN and can’t use anything else on the phone. If you do the app essentially closes and to watch again you go through ads again while the game is on. No pic n pic. 2 stars only because it works for the purpose using your phone as a TV.
-- terp shooters, 2025-08-28

### *---- "Wow….."
Whoever designed this is in the Epstein files.
-- Terdfergussn, 2025-08-10

### *---- "App crashing"
Frequent crashing, scrambled screen or frozen screen. Did all troubleshooting tips without resolution. And no one from MASN follows up.
-- vb1229, 2025-08-06

### *---- "Is you game on? It freezes"
It makes you watch a commercial before live content starts and if it’s your game, it will not continue. Freezes 5 secs into the commercial and won’t go to the game. Useless app. I have cable but why would anyone pay $20 a month for this joke of a streaming service?
-- J-O’s, 2025-08-04

### **--- "Improvement suggestion"
I’m happy we finally have a direct to consumer service for MASN games. It’s great to be able to easily watch my O’s.

However, I almost never watch using the app on my phone because I can’t leave the app and continue watching Picture in Picture. Every other streaming app whether it’s sports or other entertainment allows the user to keep watching their video/broadcast in a smaller window when they have to leave the app to send a text, check email, scroll social media, etc. Until that’s added I’m going to be more inclined to pirate the stream if I’m in a position where I can’t watch on my TV or laptop since it’s easier for me to keep the functionality of my phone.

Please fix this ASAP! If ESPN, Fox Sports, CBS, YouTube, Netflix (and many others) can do this there is zero excuse why MASN can’t.
-- ItsAndrew98, 2025-07-30

### *---- "Errors every commercial break"
I get the “MEDIA_DECODE_ERROR” on every single commercial break. We have to restart the video dozens of times just to watch one game. Atrocious.
-- GoDuke80022, 2025-07-30

### *---- "Garbage App"
Totally unusable at the moment. Constantly sends an error message saying playback isn’t available at this time. Reset the app. 10-15 minutes later I get the same exact thing. Then after so many resets it says I’ve reached my streaming limit. Useless. Don’t pay for it until they figure it all out.
-- Andrewbr99, 2025-07-27

### *---- "1 star is generous"
1)Amazing that I am unable to pause or rewind let alone watch games on demand. Let's see, maybe I'll pull out my VCR and program it to record the games for me!
2) One of the many steps involved in watching the Nationals and Orioles is the exciting moment where you have to guess whether they are on MASN or MASN2. It's so cute how you stick to the old fashioned concept of tv channels!
3) You're option to look at the box score during the game would be nice except that you don't provide the live audio of the game nor do you provide a link on the box score page to go to the game stream.

I honestly thought my expectations were low enough prior to subscribing that I would avoid disappointment. MASN never ceases to amaze me. What a load!
