Poor customer service.
The service was good but over the time. It is going down. Booked for 2:30-3:30pm. Not known what’s happened but the system displayed 2:00-3:00pm. The pros came and both of us really surprise, we checked at that moment then we realised something wrong with the booking. I lost 20 mins of the booking because I have some work to do at 2pm. Contacted customer service, they’re keep saying the booking was for 2-3pm and do nothing. Really waste of time, leaving urban.

Do they waste your time referring
I referred three people and only just learnt my referral credit expired because it only lasts a year. No date on the credit and for referrals there shouldn’t be an expiry since they made business on it. Poor, i will be actively telling people not to use this app
Fantastic Sport Massage
Had my first Sport Massage with Chris J and it was awesome. I woke this morning feeling like a new woman, no pain, all the niggles had gone. The massage for me was 10 out of 10 the pressure was spot on, Chris’s knowledge of the body was exceptionally, he’s got a great manner, and he made me feel very relaxed. If you want a great Massage, Chris Jones is your man. Many Thanks Chris, Much Appreciated.

Amazing, amazing, amazing
Easily one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Justine is extremely professional, knowledgable, and passionate. She turned up with absolutely everything which was refreshing, as I’ve had to provide towels etc in the past for others. She adapted her techniques and style to suit my needs and paid great attention to the areas that needed it most, without compromising other areas of my full body massage. You can tell she is super passionate about her job and to her it’s more than that - she wants to give her clients the best experience possible, and she certainly succeeded with me! I will 100% be asking for a massage off Justine again, she is simply brilliant! You can tell she’s a good person too! Thanks again Justine! Roni x
Time slots
Please add 30 minute time slots (even you can check out without adding minimum 1 hour to basket). Then you could book 2 treatments and take advantage of discounts. You could also book eg 30 min facial and 30 min express back massage.
Not easy to reset password
Keep your password safe as hard to reset it. It’s not like people will use this daily and remember it. It didn’t auto remember - spent 30 mins trying to book through it. Only because I have a voucher
