Amazing app! Very helpful information and very responsive to requests/concerns.

This is a great app and it has come with great updates over the few years since I started using it. Still the app frequently logs me out and/or attempts to verify I am a pro member. This process is still far too clunky in my opinion. Sometimes it takes up to thirty seconds to do its thing before loading content. Sometimes I have to force quit the app and try again. Other times I can’t get in at all if there is poor cellular or WiFi signal. Overall a great app just wish this issue could be eliminated.

So I have a paid subscription that expires in March if 2025. Requesting that a purchase another subscription… that is double dipping!

I downloaded this app in its very early stages and it has grown so much so rapidly. The information is invaluable in and out of the OR. Simple to use, informative and consider. Thank you. Keep of the excellent work. FYI customer service is amazing.

The upgrades that have been made to this app over the years are amazing!!! The new addition of CEs within the app itself is very convenient. I had some trouble accessing the upgrades, but Matthew was very responsive via email and the issue was resolved quickly A must have for any anesthesia provider!

I was having trouble signing up for the lifetime membership. I reached out to Matthew and he responded immediately. He was extremely helpful. With his suggestions and minor fixes, he was able to help me process my contribution. I am looking forward to using this app for guidance throughout my career. Normally I enjoy this app. Is the calculation for local no longer working?

Initially liked the app for its calculator function, but since starting a fee to use app, it has had growing problems. 1) every time I open app it's frozen. I have to completely close app and reopen. 2) I have to login every time I open the app. 3) when clicking on cases I am met with a white screen. Of course these issues have only occurred since it has gone "pro".

Matthew and his team have created an thorough and comprehensive app to efficiently look up need-to-know information on various procedures, conditions, and medications. I had a brief technical difficulty with the app and Matthew was very quick to respond with assistance. Will continue to subscribe!

I recently purchased the pro version. Had some difficulty with the update and accessing the pro version material at first. I emailed customer support and Matthew responded swiftly with the appropriate solution to the problem I was having. I have found the app to be very helpful in the clinical setting as a student. I have been very happy with my purchase thus far.
