## Master ELD Reviews in United States

### *---- "Trash"
It was trash 5 years ago and it’s still trash today. Trash
-- tmoneytarek, 2024-11-21

### *---- "Problems"
If you switch from the screen the eld is disconnected. If you walk away from truck it doesn’t automatically connect back to the brain of the eld. It glitches often. If you receive a phone call it stop tracking your drive.
-- Wolfie1”1, 2024-09-26

### *---- "Stops working when screen is off"
This comes with new update that the app forced me to do. Logbook doesn’t work after new update. The Logbook shuts off by itself and I can’t do anything to stop that. I checked the settings and the settings are the same as they were before.
-- PESYES, 2024-09-25

### **--- "Cannot print my elogs after 4 new updates in the past week"
After 3-4 updates this week i cannot email my self my elds starting to get irritated
-- kickshift, 2024-03-28

### *---- "Zero"
They never answer the phone and if you ask for a service they do it completely wrong and again you have to waste your time calling and writing to them.
That's why you have too many good Eld services this is by far the worst
-- Denox7x, 2023-03-14

### *---- "Bugged"
It keeps changing Driving to ON Duty (Mobile device shut down) while I drive. iOS
-- bhdnmtk, 2022-02-16

### *---- "Sleeper split doesn’t work"
Sleeper split does not work.
Sometimes it does, but more often it doesn’t.
I suspect that it works only when you start the sleeper mode on the same day.
If you start it at for example 8:30pm, then 4:30am next day it still does not allow you to drive.
-- apple and eld is crap, 2021-11-22

### *---- "Very underdeveloped"
It won’t show you all the activities you’ve made. App needs a lot of work to be done.
-- abdi adn, 2021-11-11

### ***-- "Get it together please."
I have to completely delete and re download the app EVERY SINGLE TIME I have to log into my truck. Phone has to stay in cab and I can’t even shut off the truck without it disconnecting, and no I can’t just log out and log back in it keeps telling me to go to setting and turn on background app refresh (even tho it’s already on) and it just stays on that screen untill I delete and redownload I’m annoyed
-- 💪😠, 2021-05-19

### *---- "ELD logbook"
Garbage update your app you lazy bums fix the bugs your users are experiencing you won’t last long if you neglect us
