Great pizza, very dated app
Does not support Apple Pay, does not support auto-fill from saved credit cards, does not support auto-fill from contacts (i.e. name, address, etc.). Alll of this makes it feel like an app written years ago and never updated except when absolutely necessary. Frustrating experience without any autofill capabilities and I’m tempted to shop elsewhere when I am forced to share my credit card details online like this. There are safer options (i.e. Apple Pay or at least let me choose to pay in person) so please update the app to 2023 standards for mobile purchases.
Chagrin falls Burned cheese on top of my large cheese pizza.
Large cheese pizza was inedible. Cheese was burned and dry . No melted cheese.
Do I have to download an app for every restaurant??
Title says it all. There’s no justification for me to have a separate app just to order pizza from this one restaurant.
Horrible app, great pizza
Master pizza is family’s favorite place to get pizza from, but I can’t count the number of times we have started an order and stopped out of sheer frustration with the app. Needs some major updates, feel like I’m using technology from 2012.
Good pizza, ok app, poor customer experience
We ordered pizza at 8:40pm on a Friday on the app not knowing the store closed at 9:00. Our email stated 50 min approx delivery and the driver arrived about 75 minutes later. Our pepperoni Detroit pizza had no sauce. We received a small cheese pizza instead of Parmesan bites, and no extra ranch that we ordered. The store was closed when we called back. Pizza shops make errors, and Master Pizza didn’t have an opportunity yet to address the order issues, but I doubt we will order again.
Best pizza around
We love Master Pizza! The kids ask for it all the time. The homemade meatballs are the best!

Pizzas Great, Terrible App
I have no issue with the food. Pizzas, salads, service are all top notch. This is honestly for management because the app used for ordering is terrible. Its repetitious and is so awful that I have used other places just bc I hate fooling around with it. Again, great food, but tech is something a 10 year old with basic skills could do better.
Failed orders
Can browse and build an order but when it comes to order, all I ever get it an error. “Connection failed: error 500. The request timed out.”
