Mastercard Airport Experiences

Tried to use my Platinum Master Card at a key lounge today, and my card wasn’t working. Have also tried to create an account, through the app, and it won’t accept my card. My card is not attached to an American Express, which I was told might be why my card isn’t being accepted.

Unable to register my Australian 28Degrees MasterCard at all. This “airport lounge” experience is heavily advertised by 28Degrees and yet they can’t even do a simple thing like synchronise up with LoungeKey. Oh well. Have to use my AMEX to access the lounges then.

Extremely ordinary lounge with very limited menu. Not worth $32 US and staff not clear for what an additional AUD $20 is to be charged. So many excellent lounges at Sydney Airport. Not sure why Mastercard would promote such ordinary lounge. Better off and value for money to use regular restaurants within the airport. Staff extremely polite though and accommodating.

Every time I go to use it, there’s nothing worth using or you don’t get any value out of it. The concierge has no idea or knowledge if you ever call them and I haven’t gotten any benefit to date. Likely the most useless time wasting program I have ever been offered as an incentive to have the best MasterCard from my bank.

Hi, I tried using Loungekey several time at Dubai Airport on 21-04-22 at “Marhaba Lounge” Terminal 1 Concourse B and it didn’t work it was very embarrassing at “Marhaba lounge” Reception and I tried loungekey again at “Ahlan Lounge”through this app and again QR code didn’t work and the they asked my commonwealth Master World debit card and scanned it on their machine it worked but later I noticed I was been charged for my lounge stay instead of complementary. Looking forward to hearing from your team.

Let’s see if I can access the various airport lounges through the use of this app.

All other airport lounge aps have more than a stock standard picture. Unlike this app hey include a ton of valuable information - this app lazily only a thumbnail picture. So if you're travelling on business or family holiday and you wish to know details like business facilities or accommodate children etc particularly where multiple lounges are on offer - good luck - this app expects you to figure it out by a thumbnail picture.

Excelente app, cumpre o prometido. Fácil acesso e utilização de salas vip’s. Apenas sinto falta do benefício “Fast Pass” (assim como tem no Visa) para maior agilidade no raio X.
