Continuously asking for card details no directions
The app is always asking me for card details, the lounge info is missing the directions to the lounge. Seems like a half ready app, bringing low value to me.

If you are an eligible member of this program, your Mastercard issuer should provide you with information related to accessing the program. Poor ux
Long and cumbersome login process, requesting cars info to be added twice. Not possible to scan card or add via eg Apple. Doesn’t accept Nordic letters eg ö etc in name. Email as user name not accepted. If you forget the password and fail on the question you have to contact support. Hopeless. Hope you’re able to fix these issues :)

Relaxing
Really nice and relaxing to visit a lounge before getting on a long flight. Visiting Vallée de Mai Lounge in Seychelles now. Nice and friendly staff

The new lounge at El Prat terminal 2 was super
Useful app with nice interface
It’s very easy to use and find eligible lounges. I particularly like that the app has a QR code for checking in and that it is compatible with Apple Watch.
Create account not working
When I download the app it says that it needs to be updated. When going to update it it only goes back to where it says that the app needs to be updated. This’s is also for my brother so it doesn’t have anything to do with AppStore....
Disappointing
Tried BOTH lounges in Terminal 5 Chicago OHare, and none of them let us in. 6pm a monday, not that many people around and lots of visibly available seats in AirFrance lounge - still they wouldn’t let us in. Worthless.
Birmingham no 1
I tried to access Birmingham lounge no. 1 but they did not let me in! This was not during the ”peak hours”.
