I paid for the classes and I can not see them... the videos are not loading...
Lessons okay, app so bad, no offline downloads
It doesn’t download the lessons offline as it promises. You have to be always on WiFi to be able to watch. I bought it to watch on the go .. such a waste! I emailed them many times .. they don’t even fix it ..
Great content and support but unstable
Content is great. App was very unstable but after contacting the tech support I got a solution in a few hours that solved my problem.
Excellent Support
I had a problem with my subscription as it did not appear in their records. I reported the problem and I received an email immediately from their support and my problem was solved in 2 hours! Excellent support!
App not opening on Iphone 7
I payed 180 for a full pass and the app is not even opening
Renewal policy is a scam
Highly recommend not giving this service as a gift. They require a credit card at signup and will automatically renew membership in a year. They refuse to give a refund for the renewal even if you have not used the service.
Sooo Disappointrd
I’m not sure if it’s me but I have had soooo much trouble with this app! It stops mid show, goes an around and around or says something went wrong. Then the app freezes. I paid around a $ 100 dollars back in Nov/ Dec for a “Black Friday” for the year and this is the most redicpus and frustrating app/ program I have ever dealt with. Absolute ridiculous and the most frustrating thing I’ve dealt wish I never paid for it so disappointing.!
Amazing content, but the app needs to be updated
I enjoy the content of the app. you can learn so much. The content is a 5/5 star rate. Unfortunately whenever I try to use the app my phone over heats. It’s is the only app this happens with, it drains my battery really fast. The background option needs to be fix, the audio plays double with a few seconds of delay and only gets fixed after closing the app completely.
