I barely used it, and thought I had cancelled the auto-renew which I never opted in for, but keep getting charged. Contacted customer service immediately but they would not refund, and the steps they offered to cancel the subscription did not work. Afraid I will be charged again next year. Too many of these types of subscriptions, so many are free. The way they refuse to refund even if you notify them straight away says something. Avoid like the plague.
More of an entertainment platform than an education tool. Chromecast support is bad and it craps out every day when I cast to my TV
I wasn't intended to renew my subscription while I received the invoice and receipt suddenly. I tried to request for a refund and I have to send an email to them, however, you will expect no reply from them. Horrible experience
If you charge that much at least make it a better app to use, always clash and non responsive
Be careful with this merchant. Don’t subscribe because they will keep your credit card data and still charge you even after you cancel subscription. Their back office is in Cambodia making it difficult to communicate and request. It’s unethical and a breach of data privacy. I hope the celebrities that they use realise this as well.
It’s an uplifting experience to go through these complicated classes it’s you taking the initiative to reach out to a better you the propellers are masters of their arts and the journey becomes that much more powerful in their power .
as above, airplay very unstable and a lot worse than netflix and youtube on some days it plays perfectly but on some other days it shutters every 20 seconds or so
Pauses every few minutes, is it even possible to enjoy and concentrate when the video keeps pausing every few minutes? What a waste of my time! I’m using iphone13pro with the latest ios already and it’s still this bad.
Content is great but the video often lags… and lags… have to turn down the video resolution to even have a chance to watch videos without stopping…
Extremely valuable! I am asking my friends to watch it . The content is very useful and yet entertaining. Jessie is the best in the field! I will watch her course again to get a deeper understanding. Her style is very light hearted and makes a difficult subject easy to understand ! Definitely a 5 star coach !
