Everyone, When buying subscription You don’t get an information that now lessons are cut in half! 

While watching Aron Sorkin’s masterclass I’ve realized that I have access only to 13 lessons. In the overview it says I’ll have access to 35. Now there are also no lessons in writers room with students which I’ve watched when I bought this master class few years ago.

Reducing lessons in half is a big disappointment considering that I subscribed mostly to see Aaron Sorkin’s 35 lessons including working in writers room - that part for me is the most valuable part of his MasterClass  and when buying a subscription I was assured by your overview description that I will get access to them. 

The same thing I experience regarding Dan Brown’s MasterClass which promises 19 classes and actually I have access only to 12.

In other words we are not getting product We were offered in the description when buying it and that is cheating your customers.

The content might be good, but the app is terrible. For 850zl/year subscription I would expect at least that ALL courses can be downloaded offline (many are not, because of copyright... so what exactly am I paying all that money for?). Also the casting to Chromecast doesn’t work at all! What a shame!

The app doesn’t allow (or at least not in an intuitively accessible manner) to check the lesson pdfs. For this, I had to open the site in Chrome in my tablet. When scrolling through the main dashboard, it refreshed unexpectedly. I wanted to have an option to make repetition of the class when I’m on the move, but it seems at least limited.

If it is, it’s so unfunny. 850zł (200€) for the full access just for a year?! It is a mobile app! And half of that (100€) for just one class! Did you really find anyone who would buy that? Gordon Ramsay’s cooking class for a whole 100€ while you can buy his books or watch his tutorials on YouTube, that’s just pure ripoff!
If you were interested in that app, don’t bother.
