I was charged after the free trial period, even though I canceled the subscription from the application. I have been sending emails to customer support for 5 days and no answer. I am very disappointed! I do not recommend!!!

How come you guys do not have an app for the TV? This is extremely important as to not disturb the things you have on your phone. Not as much courses as I would have hoped
Vdeos wont play.
For some reason I can only watch trailer on this app. How can you have an app vith videos and not be able to plat them? What’s the purpose of the app? Good content but the app … is close to useless
Love the content, but app is a mess
So hard to navigate and find anything. Honestly, I just want a list of classes and an indication of my progress. What you get is a mess of "featured" content so you can never really browse a complete list or quickly find what you want.
I asked not to renew subscription, got confirmation and still got charged for renewal
Very disappointed with this situation. I reached out to Masterclass team to confirm the subscription will not be renewed because it’s extremely difficult, if not impossible, to find a way to do this from the application. I got a confirmation that my subscription won’t be renewed and I was just charged for another year renewal. I reached out to support team to get this fixed, got an email that they will get back to me in 24 h and nobody reached out even though more than 24 h have passed. I am still waiting to be contacted and get reimbursed for this payment I DID NOT AUTHORIZE.

Useful to watch on the go
I use the app to listen to instructors as i am traveling to work. And some times just before bedtime an episode or two. I wish the app would be more responsive but for the moment is good enough.
