The level of content on offer is way too simple for a master class.
Why is this app so glitchy
I am so happy to have so many amazing people’s master classes at my fingertips but the app it’s self is soooooo difficult. Why can’t I go back to where I left off?? Why does it keep switching the class that I’m on?
Difficult to unsubscribe
Really easy to unsubscribe but really difficult to unsubscribe and they take the money off your account with just one reminder prior to charging you another $180 every year. It’s also just a bunch of celebrities talking about their life stories. I learnt very little that was of practical use. Not worth the huge amount of money
Great Content - bad App
I love the content but hate the App. I’ve downloaded vids countless times to watch offline in transit but everything’s wiped off regardless of how gone configuration settings.
Buggy App
The classes are great. The app stalls & lags all the time 😣

Unethical, uses deceptive patterns. Renewal without permission
Don't give them your details. They just auto-renewed my subscription without letting me know. Just deducted the money. You can't delete old payment methods - only add new ones. The cancellation process uses a deceptive pattern. The cancel button is light grey, and took 4 steps to cancel. Shocking. Not sure if I'll even get my money back. But managed to cancel now. And it's scary that I can't delete my payment method. Everyone involved with this app, including the shiny celebrities who are in it. You should be ashamed of yourself. Go read up on human centred design and how to treat your customers fairly.
Downloads don’t work/play when offline
Downloaded videos don’t work/play when offline on iPad. I downloaded a few videos to watch when I was offline, it showed it was downloaded with a tick but when I click into the video nothing happens it doesn’t open I even tried redownloading the videos again but it still doesn’t work. Pls get this fixed I love MasterClass and would love to watch it offline in the comfort of my home.
Subscription
Fact that the subscriptions do not get listed on my Apple Subscriptions seems like a trick to siphon money out of the subscribers. Subscriber can not easily cancel subscription within the 24hours without having to read the finer details back on the website. Subscriber also to note that there is no monthly subscription option as advertised.
