Very informative app. Worth to buy subscription for all courses because they are rather short. I have difficulties with the app itself. Not intuitive enough to navigate and it stops working sometimes, so I need to restart it frequently. Another problem that I experience is casting to chromecast. It just doesn’t work. So I end up watching this great videos on my tiny phone screen. Hope you can fix it.
The app is a mess! Hard to navigate and doesn’t even keep track of your progress! When you sign up you get to select some “favorites “ they’re completely gone when signing in to the app.
Impossible to end very expensive subscription! I tried the website and the app, and there is no options to end it. Helpdesk sent an nearly unreadable guide on how to end the subscription with instructions about options that don’t exist in the app. And they still tried to get me to extend after me clearly voicing my frustration.

Well made. Great service with immediate response! Cancelled because it wasn’t for me.
The site promotes a free trial and also have a setting for a Start Trial. It’s totally misguiding sine you can’t really watch any class unless you’ve subscribed for the yearly $200 fee. Even though the content is crisp perfect and has a lot of great names, I think marketing strategies like this deserves a penalty of some sort: so here is my crappy rating. - MasterClass, you should be better than this.
Content and design looks really nice but just wait until you try to join. I have never seen such a mess of log ins and credit card inputs. Totally impossible to understand what is happening so I am sorry to say but to see this kind of non-functionality in a digital interface in the year 2020 is a real disappointment.
I love the content! It’s super well made. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone! However sometimes the content keeps playing after I exit the app even after I have disabled this in the settings.
