## Matalan Reviews in United Kingdom

### **--- "Parcels not received"
Did a online shop that wasn’t delivered to my address even though it says delivered I haven’t received it was delivered down the road I have asked the neighbours no one has seen it,so was speaking to someone on the Livechat which took over a hour of waiting for something to be done the manager was too busy to get back to me I have requested a full refund waiting on that to be processed but I have to download a link to say I haven’t received them which is disappointing as I’m not very good with these things.
-- jackiestalbans, 2024-12-30

### *---- "Discount codes and prices"
The website won’t allow any typing in the Promo box. Discounted prices showing when you are shopping do not transfer when item placed in basket. Very Disappointing!! Matalan must (definitely should) do better!!
-- dh*68, 2024-12-19

### **--- "Matalan App"
I found the app really slow to use and it took ages to load the items I wanted to look at.
-- Mbewell, 2024-12-19

### *---- "Discount"
It said I was eligible for 30% discount , but there wasn’t anywhere at checkout to put it , not happy
-- Saf999, 2024-12-16

### ****- "Great place to shop"
Great place to shop both in store & online . You offer great offers and reward your customers. Great customer service yesterday in store. Good range of things in store & regular new things in store. Friendly helpful staff. Have knocked a star off as your online is slow to upload. May need looking at. But overall I am a very satisfied customer, have shopped with you for years . Thank you.
-- Cazy61, 2024-12-10

### *---- "Apple Pay not working"
There’s an issue with the ApplePay button on the app as instead of initiating payment it’s just takes me through to checkout when I can either use a card or PayPal? ApplePay works fine on the website.
-- theSPOKO, 2024-11-29

### ***-- "App kept freezing"
Loe matalan and website, but app kept freezing and had to keep refreshing.
-- kirsty046, 2024-11-27

There was no option to use the 20% off code advertised
-- Bethune T, 2024-11-25

### ***** "Great Products at a fair price"
