This is a free app download with paid content within. The current issue, back issues and future issues can be purchased within the app.
Subscriptions are also available within the application. When a recurring subscription is purchased the latest issue will become available to download immediately.
-The subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled more than 24 hours before the end of the current period. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period, for the same duration and at the current subscription rate for the product.
-You may turn off the auto-renewal of subscriptions through your Account Settings, however you are not able to cancel the current subscription during its active period.
-Payment will charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription to that publication is purchased.
Bundles of single issues can be also be bought within the application. To use purchased credits, simply click on the issue price and select ‘use credit’. This allows you to purchase back issues at reduced prices.
Users can register for/ login to a pocketmags account in-app. This will protect their issues in the case of a lost device and allow browsing of purchases on multiple platforms. Existing pocketmags users can retrieve their purchases by logging into their account.
We recommend loading the app for the first time in a wi-fi area so that all issue data is retrieved.
If your app will not load past the splash page after a first install or an update please delete and reinstall the app from the App Store

Great content as always, but terrible app on iOS. Closes all the time. Fix that and it’s 5stars all the way

Brilliant, so much more accessible than the paper copy. Also the ability to read old copies without postage costs is great. Keep up the good work, thx.
Great App
Received an iTunes gift card for Christmas last year and despite reading some negative reviews decided to subscribe to match fishing magazine. I have not had any problems with it and would subscribe again. Great app for match anglers.
App needs changing
When I am subscribed to a magazine why can't I go straight to my magazine in Newstand when I want to read it instead of going back to the subscription page. This is most annoying and should be like IBooks where you click on a book and it takes you straight to the page you were last reading.
Excellent as always
Brilliant app/ magazine. I love reading it on my iPad. The fact I can have loads of back issues and go back to them any time, anywhere is great. If the offers came with the app subscription then I'd sign up for the whole year. Still it's a great app, great content and I buy it every month!
Needs to improve..
Why if you subscribe via the app do you have to wait longer first to arrive! Not good enough. And even though you have subscribed, the bait offers don't apply to you. Unfair Content could be better , getting repetitive and predictable. The editorial is becoming a parody of itself, it's like a low quality talk radio show, very low quality
Great on the iPad
Just like reading the paper version (which I've bought for 15 years) but with some movies! Love it.
Stopped working!
I have had this installed for a while but all of a sudden it does not work I have deleted and re downloaded but still no joy!
