Matchday is England Footballs official pitch side companion app. Whether you’re a coach, player, or parent, get your matchday admin sorted while the app does the hard work for you.
Coaches and Managers:
All of your team’s player and fixture information is taken from the Club Portal and Full Time websites (Part of England Football) so there’s no need for any initial setup. Just download, sign in and go!
• Request your player’s availability
• Pick your matchday line-up
• Submit your match returns
You can do this all within a couple of taps. You can have it all sorted before your team have even taken the nets down, stick that kettle on!
Players:
• Give your availability for matches
• Show off your season stats to anyone who’ll listen. You’ll be the least popular person at work in no time.
• Check the location and start time of training and fixtures. No excuses for being late now!
Parents:
Say goodbye to your chaotic Sunday mornings! With Matchday, you’ll know when the coach wants to meet, what time kick off is, and you can even get directions to the exact location.

Every time I log in click player just auto shuts down the app. Reset phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app

What’s the point if your not gonna fix it crashing every time it opens
SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK
Pointless downloading this because you can’t access it. Utter useless.
App Crashes 100% of the time
Each time you try and update your team logo, when selecting Save the app crashes and the photo you have chosen hasn’t register when you go back into the app. This happens 100% of the time
Great app for Football Parents and Coaches
Very nice work by the England Football, take time to learn but afterward very easy to use.
Team talk + Logo upload
Amazing app and so easy to use. However, I keep running issues with uploading my team logo and the team talk notifications do not pop up so it’s hard to tell when I receive a message.
Fixtures - calendar
Is there a way to get matchday to automatically put fixtures into my apple calendar to save me doing it manually ??
Scrolling and selecting squad
This app is so frustrating to use, trying to select the squad seems impossible. It’s so temperamental trying to scroll and select players names to tick the boxes
