Love the app but I’m not given options to save/share any of the items when looking. As someone who likes to binge look and find tools of use by the second and come back to them at a later time for purchase, it’s frustrating not being able to quickly add items to wishlist and have easy access to specific things

Love the app, I’m not at the shop the days the truck comes around so it makes it nice to be able to browse and shop, make payments, view my balance etc from the app.

Matco tools have been nothing but good to me

Everytime I try to make a onetime payment I can’t. I’ve already been flagged on my credit twice because of this. Im paying this off as quickly as I can and never buying another Matco tools ever again.

I have been trying to set up reoccurring payments in this app for months and it simply will not let me. I finally got the payment setting to apply today, but it keeps saying I am setting it up to pay $1.00 weekly? Makes no sense to me. If you want people to make payments, please make it easier.

App is absolutely terrible to use you can’t even scroll to see your payment history you try to add different cards for payment it doesn’t let you not user friendly at all has deleted my card multiple times and suspended my account

Even having my rep on my app the catalog is always empty. Either says error or oops please contact Matco rep. Never shows deals or anything. If the reps don’t keep up with the app what’s the point of having the app.

Joe is the man when it comes to ordering tools and keeping his word. Absolutely has the best attitude when he comes into our shop. If he doesn’t have the tool on the truck, he has it next week for us.

I’ve been trying to login into my account but unable to because it keeps saying I have the incorrect password. Then when I try to reset my password, nothing comes to verify it on my email.
