Incorrect charge

I downloaded this app to look how it is and i didn’t want to subscribe. Somehow it appears in my subscription and I couldn’t take it. I tried to take it from my subscription page then I noticed they have charged for multiple transactions from my bank account. Once I informed this to Apple they credited me some of the payments. But still Splashlearn have to pay me $229.99. I tried so many times but they refused to pay me. It’s something wrong with the app. Very disappointed.

Splash math is a good game there is no adds or stuff like that it is a good game my daughter loves it and is in kindergarten and she is doing grade 2 stuff I am so so proud download the app now.

Not free!! Expensive subscription service!!

It’s fine to have a subscription service but don’t trick people into downloading an educational app for their child by saying its “free” then charging like a wounded bull to actually use the program. I let my disappointed 7 year old do her free 10 questions then deleted it and found a more honourable app who weren’t shady.

So much better apps out there and so hard to cancel, so even thought I no long have the app I was still charged a fortune for it, money I just don’t have... you guys suck!!

Paid but doesn’t work

I have paid for this but my son cannot use it on his IPAD. It is an expensive app so I am not paying twice. Pathetic.
