每班的目標都會因應學生的能力有所不同，教學重點主要會落在學術深造及考試技巧方面；提升學生對數學的興趣，協助他們建立自信心，令他們愛上數學，從而一步一步帶領他們的數學成績上升。
當學生於學校成績以及中心的評估表現達到一定程度，就能夠升級，直到最終晉升至最高的海豚班，蛻變為一條能夠縱橫「數海」的海豚，成為香港數學明日之星！
