I bought this to try it out for my students. It turns out that on my iPad, it will only do operations with positive numbers, and some of what is supposed to show up on the screen doesn’t. Bottom line—it doesn’t work the way it says it will.

I taught for several years and now work as a full time private tutor.  I recommended this to my students when I was a classroom teacher and now I use it with my clients.  Math fact mastery and mastery of integers is one of the biggest underlying problems I see on a regular basis.  

This company has three apps that I use CONSTANTLY with my clients and this is one of then (I also loved the behavior management app when I was in the classroom).  I HIGHLY recommend this companies apps to both teachers and parents of students who are struggling in math.

I can't wait to see what they come out with next.

I love this app! I teach high school algebra and many of my students come into my classroom without knowing how to work with positives and negatives. This app is perfect for refreshing those skills. This is a great sponge activity because it only takes about one or two minutes. Where was this when I first started teaching? I highly recommend this app.
