Verkar finnas nån bugg på hemsidan, den låser sig och det går inte komma vidare till betalning. Ringde kundtjänst som rekommenderade att ladda ner appen för att hemsidan var dålig. Tycker man isåfall borde informeras direkt man går in på hemsida om att den inte fungerar, har spenderat flera timmar med att försöka betala via hemsidan.

First the product proposals stopped updating and is (since a year or so?) only proposing stuff ordered one year ago or more. Now support for Split View on iPad disappeared, meaning that I have to constantly swap between mum’s shopping list and the app. I really hope the old issue meaning that swapping from the app to another one suddenly cleared half the shopping cart away. Finally, it’s now been a year of problems checking out with a “guest card” in Klarna. Myself, I moved away from Mathem a long time ago because of these issues, but all changes are scary to an old lady, so I’m sort of stuck in a really poor marriage….

It is so frustrating that it oftens have delayment. Yes I understand it can delay but then you should let customers know when it will be coming.. Only they do is just messaging that it will be late and please contact customer center and I waited for chat for 2 hours and when I got first in the line the message says there is no available staff :) I want to cancel it without this much effort! I think Mathem seriously think about this problem otherwise you will lose all the trust from the loyal users like me seriously

Hej varför kan man inte se hur mycket man handlat för utan att gå till kassan.

Efter alla år av slit och släp all tid man lagt ute i affärer är gudskelov över! Min fru och jag hyllar denna service! Som omväxling har vi provat några av era konkurrenter men är nu sen en tid tillbaka igen hos MatHem. Fantastiskt att få uppleva detta dom sista levnadsåren 80 år unga båda två. Vi älskar er! 🥰🥰

Ni börjar bli väldigt dyra nu. . Tycker rekommendationer börjar bli sämre med, jag har aldrig beställt hundgodis och det kommer överst?
