However, we faced continuous issues with logging in, which made it increasingly frustrating to use. Despite paying for the subscription, we often couldn’t access the content when we wanted to, which made the experience more stressful than enjoyable. After dealing with repeated login problems and finding no reliable solution, I decided to cancel our subscription. It’s disappointing because the app has great potential, but consistent access is essential for any paid service.
