I love Matt and Nat but the app is so glitchy! I literally cannot check out! Original: I’ve ordered from the site many times. Love all of my Matt & Nat items. Vegan leather requires special care but so worth it.

Return Policy is BRUTAL
Purchased a purse and I love it. Sneakers as well. I purchased boots which run large and quite boxy. Since they were on sale, they are not returnable. Not even for credit on the account. I’m livid. I would rather purchase from companies that not only stand up for the planet but for their customers as well.
