## Mauril Reviews in Canada

### ***-- "It’s ok for free"
Better than Duolingo but the content fella hollow
-- T98y98, 2024-12-21

### *---- "The old logo was better"
The app seems to miss the mark with learning retention and ignores the social aspect of learning. As a beginner I found learning French too difficult with this app.

If Radio-Canada wants to be more inclusive, they shouldn’t assume that all Canadians who want to learn English already speak French. All the translations are in French. For beginners, you could use images for vocabulary where possible
-- Thoughts and feedback, 2024-10-01

### ****- "I liked the old app icon"
I do use this app to supplement my French language learning. It is good to pick up vocabulary. I don’t like the new app icon though. I just thought the old one had a more interesting design. I hope that it can be reverted.
-- Logan Sekyer, 2024-09-29

### ***** "Fantastic"
Unfathomably better than Duolingo. Provides useful language input with Canadian pronunciation. However, it would be nice if the app taught grammar concepts as well.
-- XXryrycain13XX, 2024-09-04

### ***** "amazing"
my mom loves using it
-- jjvdsjvjvsfdvj, 2024-06-19

### *---- "Ball blast is better"
I was playing ball blast like the hit game in French class then a stupid idiot named delta made me install this stupid app. Don’t but Mauril get ball blast instead or blockplast
-- Beurresic beurrey, 2024-06-12

### ***** "Very good for listening practice! 🦻"
App works well too
-- Jelly Bellys for Christmas, 2024-04-17

### ****- "Great except for a bug"
Great app with engaging, informative material. There's a bug with flashcards that prevents one from swiping to the next.
-- ㅎ도뎌, 2024-03-30

### *---- "Useless"
The French version doesn’t work. If I choose a level higher than beginner, it just does not open the next screen where a test supposed to begin. If I go to the beginner, I can see the lesson’s content but the links do not work and the videos do not open
-- Vsucnbdyj, 2024-03-16

### *---- "The content is unavailable in my country"
I’m wondering, why the app content is unavailable in some countries like the mine.
I’m preparing my landing to Canada in few months, so I would improve my english. I’m a new immigrant.
It’s a real shame. 🥲
