Mavie does such a great job at normalizing real motherhood. My kids are clinging onto me, I have housework, a job... i definitely don't have an hour for myself these days to exercise or just even breathe. 15 minutes of movement or mindfulness is PERFECT for the stage of motherhood I'm in. I wish other apps and brands would meet me where I'm at like Mavie does.
