## Mawqef - موقف Reviews in United Arab Emirates

### *---- "Hanging Garden parking fee is too high"
Hanging garden is a kind of park where people come to enjoy and spend time. And the staff already charging entry fee. Once a firm charging for the service they provide, it is their responsibility to arrange the facilities to the customers.
-- Desperated Man, 2025-03-15

### ***** "Thankfully"
Great service 👏🏻👍🏻
-- Alansaryah, 2025-03-15

### *---- "Car plate number not working"
I can’t add my plate number although I added 100 AED on the app and I’ve already parked for almost and hour i will probably get fined because of a bug on the app
-- Awadh Shilwah, 2025-03-14

### *---- "تم إرسال بلاغ ولم يتم الرد والتوضيح"
وتم إرسال ارجوا التواصل ولم أتلقى أي شي
-- أم اطفال, 2025-03-11

### *---- "No Service"
No contact ,no body can help ,app need improve??!!
-- Samishal, 2025-03-10

### *---- "Bugged app"
App full of bugs, the money got deducted from my account and the timer for parking never started
-- Z.Bahaa, 2025-03-08

### *---- "Why integrating so much with UAE Pass?"
UAE Pass integration seems “over securing” little too much (just for parking?🤮) and requiring to Sign-in after few days is disgusting 🤢

A simple one time OTP based or user&password based sign-in (that does Not automatically sign-our) is great 👍 (less bureaucratic and painless)
-- YatinVaya, 2025-03-02

### *---- "خربان"
خربان
