The app does not update the way the old one did, so 99.9% of the time, it feels like I really have no idea how much money I really have. I feel that Max Credit Union is trying to turn into Max Bank. If I wanted a bank, I would use a bank. Had flood light in shop didn’t work. Eventually went outside in hot sun to make it work. Now that is a terrible product. I still don’t understand why you want to show my joint information to others I know you say it can’t be done but it happens and they do not have my pass word. Don’t bother updating. The old app was superior, whoever designed this new app needs to be terminated. I’ve never seen a screw up this bad and the person responsible not be held accountable. Max will not acknowledge the problem or fix it because they hyped this new app up too much and invested too heavily. The balance presentation is very confusing. The transaction detail balance shows one amount but the dashboard balance shows another and doesn’t always update until you actually click on the transactions.
