My mother is 74. I booked an appointment for 8 in the morning after giving details of the patient. I reached on time at the gurgaon branch with my mother at the scheduled time only to know that the doctor was not around. First they just asked us to sit and then in every 10 minutes kept telling us that the doctor is arriving. It is 9 right now and the doctor has still not arrived. What sort of hospital takes appointment of a 74 year old ailing patient only to keep them waiting. The standards of the hospital has deteriorated over a period of time with no accountability towards patients
