Pathetic App and Customer support
Don’t make payments online as refund process is still from the nineties. They ask for your bank details, PAN card, cancelled cheque etc seems like they are recruiting me for a job. Useless.
Disappointing experience
The interface is outdated and not even able to view reports.
App doesn’t open at all
Even after updating the app… it doesnt open. I initially thought it was a bug or something and would get resolved but it’s been over a month. I tried reinstalling but it is same. Pls resolve this issue.
Very Poor application and support
I took an appointment at Max Salimaar baag , on the call of Doc Hemant Kalra I was insisted to pay online from the app, I did same and it didn't reflect on their system,the concerned receptionist of doc told me to repay the payment if I have to get doc consulting. . I ran desk to desk to check if they received the payment and got delayed over 2 hours and struggled a lot,Very pathetic app and support of max healthcare.

Doctor Questions to me- 1st - Do you have Any Insurance Penal ? 2nd - Only surgery is the option. 3rd - come with 12 test report to proceed for operation. LOL

Bad experience..old was good
Very bad app ..first version was very nice but as we update new version is very bad ..old version was good ..try to make older app we love that ..in this app we are not able to open our desire report .. when I am clicking on sugar fasting it is showing vitamin d result ..why is this ..it’s worst app
