## MaX UC Description
IMPORTANT: Full telephony functionality is only available as directed by your telephone service provider.

With MaX UC, you can take control of your home or office telephony services on any device, wherever you are.

For the past year we have focused on making our MaX UC apps more accessible. Important enhancements like supporting landscape mode, large font size and full screen reader support means that MaX UC meets the WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines. This is an important milestone that helps us to support all our users, no matter their access needs.

Key features:

- High quality audio optimized for both Wi-Fi, and 3G/4G connections.
- Chat on any device to others in your business, with messages synced across your devices so you can pick up the conversation any time.
- Powerful voicemail control with alerts, transcriptions of your received messages, and visual voicemail management.
- Realtime presence from your business contacts to help you get in touch at the right time, and custom presence to help others reach you.

NOTE: Your service provider may not offer all features listed or may require you to pay additional subscription charges to access certain features. Contact your service provider for information. MaX UC also requires data or Wi-Fi access. Use of these services may incur additional charges.

## MaX UC Reviews in United States

### **--- "Crashing since latest update iOS"
Cannot open it since the latest iOS update
-- hasemania, 2024-12-13

### *---- "iPhone 15"
With iOS 18 the app keeps crashing even after recent update !!!! Please fix!!! Dec 10 and still doesn’t work after latest updates….
-- Rich_BX, 2024-12-10

### *---- "Dead Since iOS18"
App crashes upon launch after logging in the first time. iPhone 16 Pro with iOS18
-- Rhinoroo, 2024-11-29

### ****- "Great but needs shortcuts or preferences"
Love the ability to answer calls from anywhere. Wish there was a why to set preferences so you don’t have to press 4 buttons to transfer a call.
-- ijujhh, 2024-09-04

### ****- "Microphone stays active"
Tends to leave your microphone active. I notice constantly on the latest iOS that even after a call finishes the microphone is still active until I force the app closed. Users should beware that it may be listening to you and those around you. Pay attention to the Mic icon at the top of your phone.
-- Spliner69, 2024-08-20

### *---- "Does not work properly"
This app is supposed to be used for making and receiving calls but does neither of those things. Every time I swipe to answer my phone the call is declined but also continues to ring at the same time. Sometimes it “answers” but there’s no audio and the phone continues to ring. I’ve deleted it, logged out, reported problems and sent diagnostics to no avail. Would not use this if it wasn’t required for work.
-- Kaiden Alenko, 2024-05-08

### **--- "Answering a call sends caller to voicemail"
New iPhone 15 with up to date iOS. Can make calls all day without issues. But you cannot answer any incoming calls. Any attempt to answer an incoming call sends the caller straight to voicemail. I have confirmed this on 3 other new iPhone 15’s in our company.

Update: updated to newest version with no changes. I did send the logs and diagnostics as requested.
-- Stymee62, 2024-04-07

### *---- "Not Functional"
My team and I share customer calls by placing them on hold. I am unable to pick these calls up from the app which chains me to traveling with my desk phone.
-- Why always wantin reviews?, 2024-04-03

### *---- "Does not use focus mode"
The app ignores your focus mode and will ring no matter what
-- Ad0Cate, 2024-03-28

### *---- "Stopped Working"
Since the update I am not able to consistently make calls and the users in our agency can no longer hear people when they receive calls through the app. I also can’t use the call back feature on missed calls.
