A buddy loaned me this “tool” and I’m so glad I didn’t buy it as it won’t get past the binding process yet it says it’s “binded”. Looking at the other reviews I curious why he bought it as it seems lots of folks are having issues with it
So I tried to scan my 2021 jeep wrangler and it only goes up to 2017. An update would be great since I pay for the subscriptions for many different vehicle makes and work on new and used vehicles so if it would go to current vehicles that would be awesome
I have no idea what to do. I tried to login is keep giving me hard time is not. I’m not able to login I create account. I did register everything but it’s not working. I bought this product from Amazon. I tried to call a customer service they were closed. This product is useless to buy it. I have no idea what to do. What a waste of time and money
The app stopped working! Can we get this fixed please?
Why the app shows loading and then loads nothing? Why develop an app that has such a lack of Server or back end development? It is absurd.
Anytime I'm not in my car it keeps telling me the app wants to connect to the VCI.
Please consider having your developers update the “Diag-Asia” app. I purchased this scanner tool to recode my fuel injectors, after replacement. This functionality is not available on the aforementioned app. I will change my rating if this is updated
Just got it made an account and refuses to long in- gives me system error. Tried wrong password and gives me wrong password error so I know I’m entering it in correctly. Made another account to try and still get system error. Update- three days later it’s working now. And I can do/see SOOOO much more than my BlueDriver can. As long as the app keeps behaving this thing is amazing. Changing from 1 star to 4.
Got scammed by this App have got their product used it for over 3years all of a sudden they took off my account telling me my account is not recognized after I just paid about 200$ into the account..kept sending them messages and they ain’t replying.
When opening the app it immediately crashes. huge failure on this supposed tool.
