This one doesn’t. It doesn’t recognize my Hume band. The workouts don’t include a proper warm up or cool down (fine for experienced folks, TERRIBLE for newbies) and it doesn’t track my progress within the app. For $15 a month, DO BETTER. -- Lanoriamesa, 2025-08-23 ### *---- "Should have a free version" The app does not allow a free way to sync Apple Watch nor have a tracker for your workouts.
