You can see your ride price before tapping the Order button, which is useful for planning your budget. Don’t worry about traffic – you only pay extra for additional services that were not specified in the order.

Order
You can order a ride by filling in the From and To address fields or using a city map. You can also use your smartphone’s or tablet’s location services.
A scheduled order helps you plan your rides for a convenient time.
You can provide special requests for your ride to arrange any necessary additional services: specify information about children, pets, or luggage; or add another phone number to order a taxi for someone else from your phone.
A driver can buy goods, medicine or groceries, and deliver them to your place.

Я ТРЕБУЮ ВОЗВРАТ

Заказал такси, ждал минут 5-6 и никто не принимал, я отменил заказ. Самое абсурдное то, что 910 тенге которые должны были вернуть НЕ ВЕРУЛИ. Написал в поддержку НЕ ОТВЕЧАЮТ. ЭТО ЧТО ТАКОЕ???

Ужасный сервис

Отвратительный сервис , особенно когда ты опаздываешь , они не могут найти машину 30 чертовых минут , я считаю , что это ужасно не правильно, ещё и деньги дерут за ожидание , хотя выходишь вовремя , позор

Приложение полная хуета

Сразу же столкнулся с настолько идиотским багом, что не хочу его даже описывать. Поэтому не смог даже зарегистрироваться, не тратье время, разработчикам насрать ну собственное приложение.

Конечный сервис с дебильными операторами

Постоянное списание денежных средств и ожидания такси почти час. В топку этот сервис

Самое ужасное приложение, заказы никогда не принимают , плюс зайти в него невозможно, вечно интернета нет пишет

Это просто полнейший УЖАС

Единственный плюс - цена. Она здесь довольно низкая. Все. Больше плюсов нет. Качество обслуживания просто -10/10. Водители 95% нерусские. Зачастую ждут, пока вы поднимете цену и не принимают заявку. Нормальная ситуация если ваш заказ принял водитель, вы ждете минут 15, и потом он просто сбрасывает заказ, и вы снова ждете пока его кто нибудь примет. Водители иногда даже просят перевести деньги на другой номер, а не тот, который указан в приложении. Еще кучу всего могу рассказать, но я думаю, и так понятно, что это просто ОТВРАТИТЕЛЬНОЕ такси.

Груканутое приложение за которое платишь ты, огонь!

Случилось ситуация, что при вызове такси приложение вылетела, и в течение часа я не могу в него войти потому что они поступали звонки не приходило сообщение с кодами. Через 40 минут поставл как я заказала такси, мне позвонил молодой человек и сказал что он меня ждёт. Но про это есстественно не знаю потому что приложение не работала, с другого телефона я уже вызвала такси и уехала. Но приложение Максим решила что они умнее, я не сняли с меня деньги водителю. Молодцы!
