### ***** "Seamless process, Easy port-in, M1 shop no go"
Switch to Maxx recently did a port-in was quiet a smooth seamless process except for the hiccup in SIM card activation supposedly in mins but my took slightly over 24 hours and don’t bother going to M1 shop they do not entertain anything regarding Maxx. The port-in however was fast done by the next day. All in happy with the switch, value for money especially with roaming data included.

I am new, got M1 Maxx SIM card for my BlackVue Dashcam. Which is not able to receive SMS for login. Is there a way to find out my usage info for my case.

Tried calling 1693, options were not available to tall to People. Keep pressing 2, finally got through and was told nothing can be done. Other Telco allows email ID to receive OTP, please consider.

i wasn’t sure if the data used is reflected correctly in my app, i don’t send smses often and i believe that i’ve only sent 1 so far, which appeared in my plan usage. however, after the plan renewed, the number did not reset. wondering if it’s an issue with the app not updating itself or if i misunderstood how my plan works. please also make it easier to contact customer service, i don’t understand why we cannot send email inquiries

### *---- "Very Bad App unable to activate SIM via Maxx App"
For port in customer, the only way to activate SIM card is via physical SIM and within 7 days you need to activate. I purchased online 5 Nov, 7 days passed never delivered the SIM card, have to call several times to ask status. Only deliver after 7 days and by the time the SIM card cannot activate. Call CSO, they re enabled SIM activation. Now trying to get through SingPass, camera is not loading in Maxx App. Try to scan physical IC, the box cannot scan the ic properly and the box is way out of screen like half is not in screen. Idk m1 is that bad.

I should have trust all these poor reviews. I had difficulties activating, both Singpass facial recognition or manual scan of NRIC, don’t work and even customer service cannot help. What a waste of money even if it’s only $9.90. Maybe that’s how M1 earn their profits. Super disappointing.

Cant get network in train, malls, or crowded places. Not even doing call. Cant load simple websites.

So far experience has been good ! Some parts of singapore may not have that good reception but other than that it has been working as intended with lots of data and roaming for only $12 a month! Thanks!
