De app helpt je om je aan je 'max' te houden. Met Maxx kun je aan de slag met: - Je doelen bepalen: doelen geven je houvast en richting. Wat wordt jouw max per dag? - Logboek: houd bij hoeveel je drinkt. Zo zie je hoe het gaat en krijg je van Maxx feedback en advies. - Moeilijke situaties: Maxx helpt je bij het voorbereiden van situaties waarin jij het lastig vindt om niet (te veel) te drinken. Je krijgt een herinnering aan de door jou gekozen aanpak als jij dat wilt. Je kunt ook bijhouden hoe succesvol je was. - Hou vol, omdat..: heb je het even lastig? Dan laat Maxx je zien waarom jij je alcoholgebruik wilt aanpakken! Kies jouw favoriete motivatie-kaartje of maak er zelf één. - Hoe?: Maxx helpt je met praktische oefeningen, testjes en tips om je aan je max te houden, bijvoorbeeld over het omgaan met stress en terugval. - Berichten: Maxx laat je weten hoe je het doet, moedigt je aan en geeft je tips.
