Maya face recognition just stopped working and now I cannot open my app and access my account
its been a month i try all the possible way to log in in your apps but i cannot log in its always saying the same problem 😩
I have been trying to sign in but it’s always failed Face Authentication. I don’t know what is issue. I didn’t had any face job. It is so hard to contact your people especially when I was away from my home and had no access to Phone. I am 3 days delayed to my credit. Your FB, IG, Twitter or even your TG are no use. Bad customer service
This app allowed an unauthrize transaction without my permission in my credit card

Keep sending ticket numbers everytime you make a follow up for your concerns. I thought the app is bangko Sentral registered I’m sure all complains just thrown away and never settled that’s why this app is still operating coz they know no one will complain or there is no authority to accommodate these complains.
Failed payment to merchant on Dec 22, 2024. To date funds have not been returned to my MAYA account.
