Dear MAYA 

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with your services. Among all the money transfer services I’ve encountered, yours is particularly frustrating due to the constant, irrelevant emails and false offers being sent to users.

I kindly request that you revise your communication strategy. Please ensure that text messages and emails are only sent to clients who have explicitly expressed interest in availing of your loans or other offers.

As a GCash user attempting to transition to Mata for my work as a Virtual Assistant, I had high expectations. However, my experience with your company has been disappointing so far. I hope you address these issues to improve your service.

Akala ko iba ang Maya at talagang iba ang tagal! Sa isang blue app within 7 days reaolved na at naebalik na ang perang ninakaw sa account lalo na pag UNAUTHORIZED TRANSACTIONS. Imagine 16 times in just a minute to same biller after 2 days completed na? Pinahintulutan niyo yun na nag report nga agad at 2 days processing ang transactions na yun pero na approved and completed?
