•	Access to your contact directory to give you the convenience of selecting your contacts when you make a transaction to a mobile number or issue an invoice by selecting from your contacts
•	Access to your device’s storage to give you the option to store the Maybank2u Biz app in an SD Card
•	Access to your audio phone to enable you to make a direct call to the bank’s hotline

Keep getting an error message that says Payment Gateway is down when trying to approve payment or make transfer via the app. And this happens almost every week. Then I have to login via browser to complete the transaction. Unfortunately, cant do multiple approvals via the browser. Beat the purpose of having the app.

For an app for such a big bank it’s shameful to always have bugs! It’s been 1 year since the problem occurs and no update or improvement why?!  
Always need to enter twice for passwords to login it’s very time consuming! Initially I thought it was my phone so I change my phone to the latest phone and issue doesn’t go away, non of your bank staff knows what’s going on..
