Doesn’t work
Very useless and stupid apps. I want to I got two company accounts with four IDs, checker & maker. Maybank staff told me I had to carry four mobile phone because one mobile only can use one ID. Worst apps ever.

Very useless and stupid apps. I want to I got two company accounts with four IDs, checker & maker. Maybank staff told me I had to carry four mobile phone because one mobile only can use one ID. Worst apps ever.
I was using the apps for fpx payment. Currently they no longer sent tac no to phone number, and stated that all transactions have to be approved via secure2u. When checked on the apps, there was nothing to approve. FPX said payment unsuccesful, but money has been deducted from our account. Seriously? Since there’s no way around it now and have to approve everything via the apps, might have to change bank altogether for my business because of them pushing for us to use this app. Nothing secure about it at all.
For first time favourite transfer, checker will receive a TAC number through SMS, then it is requested to key in that TAC number, but unfortunately the app some time is unable to key in, some time can. So, it is very unstable. Kindly rectify the app as this is really affected the daily working flow.
If I can put 0 star, I would. I have more than 5 companies with Maybank, and the upgrade to secure2u is utterly disaster. First, app does not support too many companies, secondly, secure2u doesn’t work 80% of the time. The solution is to delete the app, and reinstall it. Imagine I have to add all the companies again and again everyday, and if 1 is not working, there goes the entire process again. Moving my accounts to other banks. A very disappointed and unhappy customer.
Please fix it asap! Wasting my time
Using by I phone 7, can’t direct to secure2u approve part and click on blue color secure2u part. It shows ‘No transaction to authorize’. What a big trouble design for human. When I called customer service, cs let me know no problem for the app. Think like I’m the trouble. Hello, if didn’t got any problem, how can I issue the problem to your customer service. Please fix the bug properly and listen properly to customer’s sound. Think first before answer customer
Knn stupid app server pls change ur app name to "may unavailable anytime bank"
We can’t get the secure2u notification so basically can’t make business transactions. Looking at all other reviews most people have the same issue. Please fix asap
