I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the services of your bank. Unfortunately, I have consistently encountered network issues that have made transactions highly inconvenient and frustrating.

This recurring problem has caused significant disruptions, and it seems unique to Bandhan Bank as I do not face similar issues with other institutions. It is disappointing to see such lapses, and I urge you to address this matter on priority to avoid further inconvenience to your customers.

Please consider this feedback seriously, as such experiences deter customers from continuing their association with the bank.
