Login issue always. Very frustrating application while trying to login every time. It needs a lot of improvements.

The worst bank I’ve ever dealt with, I didn’t even get my account unlocked and it’s been a month. Whenever I call they say that they can’t do anything as customer service they can only send an “e-mail” to the IT department and apparently they have been sending emails for one month even though the app says that it only takes two days. This is only for verification imagine if you have an emergency..
So very fast and secure, When i deposit my money very smart at FAB atm machine..i love it 🏧 ⚙️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I really like Mbank thw way its work and I'm really enjoying the network. But i have been faced lil problem that the prosses or money transfer through Money exchanges is very slow In fact on the weekend it is too slow. I hope Mbank solve the probkem as soon as possible.
I have been trying to open account in mbank for almost 2 months. I sent a lot of requests made a lot of calls but no effort from the bank to activate. Finally i decided to close my account they called me asking the reason and they said not to close they will activate it in 2 days. I waited for a week and the problem was not resolved so i called again and they said i have been moved to urgent case and it will done in two days and now it still isn’t active. This is worst customer service i have ever received from a bank based in UAE. They simply don’t care. I will never recommend this bank.
One of the worst applications to work with, in genuine need of a software update. The lack of communication within the company disregards consumer needs.
