Have been using this bank for almost 2 years and I don’t have an atm card. I requested and up until now I haven’t gotten anything it’s hard especially when I need money urgently I have to look for someone to transfer to just to get money.

My unfortunate experience with the app has been marred by frequent display errors, resulting in inaccurate amounts until I restart it. Furthermore, the bank charged my account twice for the same purchase on separate occasions. Despite lodging a complaint on March 14, 2024, the issue remains unresolved, exacerbating my trust concerns. Regrettably, the customer service team's response lacked empathy and failed to address the severity of the situation. Considering these challenges, I strongly advise against banking with them.
There’s a bug need to fix app hang after UAE pass permission
I got charged for standing order between mbank accounts, as per the fees and charges policy its feee, its been 1 week and i still didnt get the refund.
