I think this might be my first review ever… but women need to know this exists! I started to notice changes in my periods and wanted to understand what was happening in my body and what to look out for. I’ve been searching for answers for a while and my Doctor told me it’s probably just hormonal fluctuations… MBody to the bloody rescue! Not only do the daily stories help me realise that how I feel is totally normal, but the endless articles, tips and recommendations have meant that I feel confident again! Turns out my sleep insomnia is related to my hormone changes.. I now take magnesium supplements and I’ve never slept better. Every women needs this app in their life!
I’ve been looking for tailored workouts and advice for coping with my hormonal changes for a while now and there is finally an app that works! The articles, recipes, and exercises are all helping me understand and improve my symptoms day-to-day. Love it, thank you!
