It’s not lock or unlock not working

So someone at MB ascertained to no longer allow access to customers that have a 2016 model and older. How is this person still employed??

All of the features we use regularly no longer work with the new update. They shouldn’t charge until they fix it.

There’s always a random error, either opening the app or after trying to start the car. It’s a waste of money to have to pay to remote start your own car and it won’t work. Also you can no longer have Siri programmed to ask for it to be done by voice now.

First, the remote start feature has only worked for me about 50% of time. The next issue I have is the app is constantly giving me a system error message, so I am unable to open it and use it. Several phone calls have not fixed the issue. I was excited to have remote start for my car, but fell like I’ve wasted my money paying for this as it hardly works for me.

Another cold morning and app not working. I can deal with issues but I need to be compensated for it.

All Siri Shortcuts aren’t working. Error message saying the app isn’t logged in when running a shortcut. Been broken for several versions since the redesign.

My App hasn’t worked since the update. Can’t do anything and reported it over 2 weeks ago. Now it’s winter and I can’t start my car from my phone.

Remote start does NOT WORK. It just spins then errors out. Lock/Unlock does NOT WORK and does NOT RESPOND. Locate Vehicle does NOT WORK. ERRORS OUT. Mercedes leadership are you reading this? Do you give a F what we are saying?
